This help file is for the shopping cart.
Credit Cards, Money Orders, Personal Check & Western Union
Identified by the "Buy Now" Button.
There are four main screens.
- Addition to Cart - When you click the "Buy Now" button, this page displays the newly added item into your cart file, showing you the title, issue, publisher, date of publication, condition, and the price. You are then given the choice to continue shopping or to view your cart.
- View Cart - When you access your cart file with the "View Cart" button, you will see a display of all your selected items, including the title, issue, publisher and printing of the item as well as the price for each item. Also displayed is the subtotal of your order. You are given the chance to remove any items (select Remove and click the "Remove Items" button), continue shopping or finalize your check out.
- Check Out - In 4 parts
- Enter Choose your State or Enter your Province, Then enter your Country. Click "Continue".
- Fill in your name and shipping information. Choose your payment and shipping preferences. Then press the "Continue" button for your total costs.
- This will fill in shipping charges (dependent on destination), sales tax (New York residents), and total price of your order.
- To submit, you must click the "Check Out" button. At any time before the Check Out button is clicked you can go back and add or subtract items from your order. By clicking the "Check Out", you the customer agree to the terms posted on the Shipping & Ordering Information Page on this website.
- Reciept - Once you submit your order, this page displays your reciept, including your order number. It should be printed for your records.
- At the bottom of this page is further instructions for making payment based upon you're payment preference.
- Approved or Declined for those who would like to pay for their order electronicaly (credit cards payments).
- Instructions on how and what's needed to pay by Western Union.
- The snail mail (US Poastal Service) address for sending payments.
Important Note: This cart is set to add quantity "1". If you wish to purchase more than one of an item then please go back and enter a second of the same item. Each line will contain a quantity of 1. Make sure to note the number in stock. Our html does not automatically update.

Check Out Help:
- Your Order ID Number is given next to the total. Please use this order number in all correspondence with Sir 0tter Enterprises regarding your order.
- Submit the View Cart to reserve your item(s).
- Sale Items: Any or all sale items will be held at the sale price in a "reserve", until payment is received or the order is canceled, for orders that are submitted before the end of the sale.
Payment Preferences:
- Credit Cards: a "Check Out" link to take you to a secured gateway.
- Western Union: Payments that are made by Western Union - after payment is sent you will need to email the transaction number and other details to to sales@sir0tter.com so that we may receive your payment. Send the payment to the same address as for Checks/Money Orders and make payable to: Sir 0tter Enterprises
- Money Order/Cashiers Check or Personal Checks (in US Funds drawn on US Banks or International Money Orders Only): print out a copy of the invoice and mail it with your payment to the address below.

- If you ask for an emailed receipt:
You will receive a copy of your invoice by email within 24 hours. The emailed invoice may contain further instructions for completing your purchase.
Emailed instructions may include:
- detailed instructions for paying for your order using Western Union, or
- detailed instructions for making payment by check or money order, sent by regular U.S. postal mail.
Orders are expected to be paid within 14 days after submitting.
Items are ship within 1 business day of payment clearance.
Sir 0tter's Trading Den reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that has been placed.
Credit Cards orders will be cleared via a secured gateway and can be done by Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express
and will be shipped ONLY the the "bill to" address.
Do not forget to click the "Check Out" button to reserve what Item(s) you want.
