Shipping will be either Priority or Express Mail

Basic, shown below, includes Priority Mail + $1.90 Signature Confirmation + $1.35 Insurance. Express Mail will cost more

1-4 items = $8.60
5-12 items = $11.10
13-18 items = $12.60
19-26 items = $15.10
27 or more items or if total of comix exceeds $100.00, then shipping is FREE (via Priority Mail) !!! (not including tax, insurance, shipping/handling or signature confirmation, also this offer does NOT apply to International orders).

Insurance and Signature Confirmation are required on all USA orders.

Both Priorty Mail and Express Mail may be tracked online.

New York State Residents will have to pay an additional 8.75% Sales Tax (As of 5/22/03) on the total (items + shipping + insurance + signature confirmation) as well.

Sir 0tter's Trading Den also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that has been placed.

Payment Options:

Sir 0tter's Trading Den accepts Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover Card), Money Orders (US or International), certified/personal checks (US only) or Western Union. Personal checks (US only) are accepted but will delay shipping up to 10 business days.

New York State residents will have to pay an additional 8.75% (As of 5/22/03) Sales Tax on the total (item(s) + shipping) as required by law in order to complete the transaction.

Note for credit cards payments: Name, Billing address AND Ship to address MUST be the same to be accepted.

International Orders:

Use the below converter to estimate what the cost will be in your own currency. Exchange rates change from minute to minute and banks use different rates when converting to or from your local currency. Credit card companies also may add a percentage to the market rate. The calculator uses the same rate for conversions both to and from each currency and are only updated once a day.

International buyers will pay actual shipping costs, plus a handling charge of 10% of the total amount due via internation money order in US funds or certified check drawn on a US bank in US funds. Payment may also be sent via Western Union (in US funds) as well. If Western Union, you MUST supply us with your phone#, reference #, any other info that is needed and when you did it so we can know when to expect it.

Customs officials in several countries sometimes break open packages and confiscate materials they don't approve of. So far as we know there is NO recourse for the mail-order customer who if the victim of this.

While we sympathize with our customers, Sir 0tter's Trading Den cannot take responsibility for the oppressive practices of other countries. Please be aware you are ordering these items at your own risk and that Sir 0tter's Trading Den is not obligated to replace or refund orders that are lost or damaged as a result of customs interference. (We will refund orders that are merely returned to us undamaged.)

Taking into consideration Sir 0tter's Trading Den ignorance of your country's jurisprudence, the buyer hereby exempts Sir 0tter's Trading Den from all liability present and future regarding local customs, laws and/or delivery and/or condition of arrival of comix. No guarantee therefore is solicited nor expected regarding the afore mentioned comix and any and all claims to liability from Sir 0tter's Trading Den are waived.

The Trading Den will ship only through Global Priority Mail or Global Express Mail, as they have the best chance of getting the comix to you.

Payment MUST be received with 3 to 14 days, depending upon payment option choice, of the invoice that is provided at final check out. International Money Orders and Certified Checks in US Funds drawn on a US Bank must be received with 14 days of invoicing and items will be shipped after the funds clear the bank. ***Western Union orders must be paid with in 72 hours (3 business days) of receipt of the billing sent. *** After that time, we cannot guarantee that the comic(s) will be available. Should the item(s) not be available, payment will be returned upon receipt to the address it was sent from.

International buyers will pay all shipping costs, plus handling charge of 10% of the total amount due and be responsible for ANY Customs Duties/Fees/Taxes.

Sir 0tter's Trading Den reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that has been placed.

Please remember that these will be international shipments and they will not be cheap.

Shipping is either by Global Priority Mail (where possible), or Global Express Mail.

Shipping in a Global Priority Mail envelope, up to 4 lbs. (1 envelope) will be $9.00 to $12.00 and hold up to 12 comix safely. (Note: For tracking, we us the Customs Declaration#. This number can NOT be tracked online and only through your Post Office.)

Global Expess mail will range from $19.25 to $44.75 set at 12 comix per envelope and based upon a 4 lb. weight. Cost will be decided by the zone that is being shipped to. Gobal Express Mail may be tracked online.

Countries not listed on the View Cart will NOT be shipped to. This list may change as time passes.

All other countries will have to use Express Mail.

It is suggested that, BEFORE you order, you inquire as to what the total cost will be. We WILL do what we can to keep your cost down as much as possible.

Refunds:

Sir 0tter's Trading Den sells items as is and will not issue a refund for items that are damaged in transit unless insurance was paid for in advance or for any "change of mind" or errors made you the person placing the order. Refunds will be offered only on insured item(s) lost in transit by the U.S.Post Office, and confirmed by same (which is why all items are shipped with a signature confirmation and insured where possible). Refunds (in the form of a check) will also be issued in event a comix is posted on the site and ordered, but found NOT to be instock. In these cases, the refund check will be sent with the order or the full order will be canceled. For international orders, the policy is as posted above under the "WARNING TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS".

For APO/FPO and all Military addresses. Please be aware you are ordering these items at your own risk and that Sir 0tter's Trading Den is not obligated to replace or refund orders that are lost or damaged as a result of APO/Mitltary personnal interference. (We will refund orders that are merely returned to us undamaged.) APO/FPO and Military addresses are treated as International by the US Post Office and because of this, the International Policy is in effect.
